I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Immortalize His Inner Knight

Every man deserves to see himself as a hero of legend, clad in intricate armor and wielding a gleaming sword. Our Custom Knight Portrait vividly captures this essence, complete with a noble lion emblem and a majestic castle backdrop.

Meticulously crafted for those who admire the valor and grandeur of medieval legends, this heroic canvas isn't just art; it's a deep dive into a world where he reigns as a guardian of the realm.

TL;DR: Capture his bold spirit with a personalized knight portrait—ideal for birthdays and anniversaries, especially for history buffs or medieval lore enthusiasts.

Who Will Feel Legendary in this Knight Armor?

This custom knight portrait is tailor-made for history buffs and those enamored with medieval tales. It's perfect for husbands or brothers who admire the valiant lore of knights. However, if your recipient prefers modern art or contemporary themes, this might not be the ideal match.

How Do We Create Your Medieval Hero?

Our process starts with your uploaded photo, which is transformed using AI-driven face-swap technology. Then, a skilled artist refines the details to perfection, ensuring every piece exudes authenticity. Interestingly, we discard 1 in 12 generations because sometimes the face integration isn't seamless. Finally, it's printed on premium museum-quality canvas for an everlasting finish.

What Sets Our Knight Portraits Apart?

Unlike generic mass-produced knight prints, this is a personal one-of-a-kind creation. Each portrait is crafted with care and retired after six months to maintain rarity and exclusivity. This custom artwork uniquely belongs to him—no one else will have the same knightly visage in their living room.
