It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Surround Her in Comfort and Strength

Transform her recovery time into a narrative of power and peace with our Serene GetWell Portrait. Imagine her nestled in a cozy window seat, a warm mug in hand, as sunlight dances on the pages of her open notebook. The presence of soft cushions and a thriving plant amplifies her quiet strength and serenity during her healing journey.

This isn't just a canvas; it's a cherished reminder that she's supported every step of the way. With every glance, she'll feel the warmth of a handmade gift that believes in her resilience. Perfect for anyone who needs an uplifting boost.

TL;DR: The Serene Recovery Portrait offers a personalized canvas of calming elements—ideal for women going through recovery, providing them comfort and strength.

Who benefits most from a Serene GetWell portrait?

This portrait resonates most with women embarking on a healing journey, bringing them comfort and strength. It's perfect for recent graduates recovering from surgery, new moms adjusting post-delivery, or anyone who just needs a gentle reminder that they are loved and capable. However, if she's not keen on art with personal likeness, this might not be her cup of tea.

How is this serene portrait crafted?

It all starts with her photo upload, which we carefully imprint onto our template via AI-assisted face-swap technology. Our artists refine the details, ensuring the serenity theme captures the essence of her strength. We find that about 1 in 12 portraits don't align perfectly at first, so we meticulously refine each piece before printing it on museum-grade canvas for lasting appeal.

How does this GetWell portrait stand apart?

Unlike generic wall art, this GetWell portrait is crafted uniquely for her recovery. Each canvas features bespoke elements that encapsulate a personal haven—her likeness beside cozy cushions and a cheerful plant. We retire themes periodically to retain exclusivity, ensuring her artwork remains a rarity.
