It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Craft Your Storybook Family Scene

Step into a world where your family and furry companions shine in a colorful, storybook style. This whimsical portrait is perfect for those who relish a lively and imaginative presentation of their loved ones. With a palette that bursts with life, it's like capturing a moment in an animated film.

Families who enjoy playful expressions and a hint of fantasy find this portrait style particularly enchanting. Your family, including the four-legged members, receives star treatment in a scene filled with joyful hues and a sense of wonder.

TL;DR: This whimsical custom family portrait includes your beloved pets, ideal for those celebrating vibrant moments together. A joyous keepsake for any animated, imaginative family setting.

Is this playful family portrait style for you?

This portrait suits families with a penchant for bright colors and joyful expressions, particularly those who adore their pets as central characters. It's ideal for households bustling with energy and creativity. If your taste runs more toward traditional or serious styles, other options like the Serene AI Art portrait might resonate better.

Whimsical Artistry: How are these portraits created?

We start with a family photo, then use AI to integrate family members and pets into a whimsical scene. Our artists refine the details, ensuring every expression and nuance is captured. We reject about 1 in 12 of our creations if they don't meet our standards, ensuring you always receive a masterpiece.

What sets our whimsical pet & family portrait apart?

Unlike generic pet and family prints, our portraits are uniquely tailored. Once a scene theme is retired after six months, the exclusivity of your piece is ensured. This one-of-a-kind process brings individual charm to your living room.
