I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Saddle Up: Timeless Father-Child Western Canvas

Step into the rugged charm of the Old West with a custom father-child cowboy portrait. This western-themed canvas delivers more than a mere photo; it projects your family into the legendary landscapes of galloping horses and stunning sunsets. Imagine your family story set against golden skies and iconic windmills.

Perfect for the western enthusiasts among us, this piece captures the adventurous spirit shared between dad and child. Infused with authentic details, each portrait is an opportunity to celebrate the unique bond with the flair of classic Americana.

TL;DR: This portrait transforms your precious father-child moments into a striking cowboy canvas, perfect for dads who dream about the Wild West.

What kind of dad rocks the cowboy vibe best?

This portrait suits dads who cherish the bond between father and child and have a fondness for western films. It's ideal for those wanting to bring a touch of the Wild West to their homes. However, if your dad isn’t a fan of cowboy hats or sunsets, you might want to consider our Custom Cowboy Couple Portrait instead.

How does your photo transform into a western legend?

We start with your photo, injecting western style through AI face-swap and artistic refinement. Our head of production, Maya Chen, ensures 1 in 12 batches may be revised for perfection. The final artwork emerges on a premium museum canvas, capturing both your likeness and the western heritage.

How is this cowboy portrait truly one-of-a-kind?

What sets our cowboy portrait apart is its truly personalized nature — it's not a template. Each face, smile, and glance is yours, beautifully blended with western elements. After 6 months, themes are retired, enhancing their exclusivity.
