I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Birthday Memories into Art

Imagine a canvas where every laugh and smile of a family birthday is captured with golden banners, a luscious birthday cake, and balloons floating around. It's a scene that brings the festive spirit right into your living room.

This isn't just any generic photo; it's your family's joyful essence turned into art. Perfect for those with a love for vibrant celebrations, the mood is all about happiness and family ties.

TL;DR: This one-of-a-kind multi-generational birthday portrait turns your family's special moments into art, featuring festive elements perfect for milestone celebrations.

Who Will Cherish a Festive Birthday Portrait?

This portrait is perfect for families with grandparents, parents, and grandkids all rolled into one joyous celebration. Ideal for those who cherish their family bonds, it’s particularly suited for milestone birthdays. However, if you're looking for something more understated, perhaps the Single Woman Portrait would be a better fit.

How We Create the Perfect Birthday Scene

Upload your favorite family photo, and we'll transform it using AI face-swapping and artist touch-ups. Our head of production, Maya, discards about 1 in every 12 photos to ensure only the best make it to canvas. It’s a meticulous process that results in museum-quality art on durable canvas.

What Sets This Birthday Portrait Apart?

This isn't a mass-produced print. It’s a unique piece where your family's faces become the center of a birthday celebration scene with balloons and flower motifs. We retire themes after six months, keeping your portrait rare.
