I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Is This Timeless Portrait Right for You and Yours?

Perfect for couples who adore the vintage elegance of Hollywood's classic era, dance enthusiasts, and those celebrating milestone anniversaries or weddings. It’s not the best choice for those who prefer contemporary themes or modern aesthetics.

How Do We Craft Your Dance Floor Fantasy?

We start with your uploaded photos, then proceed to an AI face-swap technology that meticulously adjusts to fit the chosen theme. Our artists refine these with personalized touches, ensuring every portrait boasts authentically tailored details. However, we discard about 1 in 12 drafts that don't perfectly capture the intended look, ensuring quality remains top-notch.

What Sets This 1940s Portrait Apart from the Rest?

Unlike stock images, our Hollywood Dance Floor Portraits are exclusively yours. Themes are retired after just six months, preserving the uniqueness of your masterpiece. The retro allure combined with premium, museum-grade canvas material ensures your piece is both exquisite and enduring.
