I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Your anime adventure on a Wanted poster

Step into the vibrant world of anime with our custom Anime Bounty Wanted Poster. Imagine your face in bright, exaggerated hues, framed by the iconic lines and dynamic expressions of classic anime styles. It's more than a portrait; it's your own personal saga.

This piece brims with energy, portraying the playful and bold spirit found in your favorite anime series. Perfectly suited for anime lovers and those who revel in a touch of drama and fantasy in their decor.

TL;DR: Our Anime Bounty Wanted Poster turns a simple photo into a dynamic anime scene, perfect for fans craving a unique gift with a personal touch.

Who should consider an anime portrait?

This portrait is a dream come true for anime fans, young adults who appreciate a punchy style, or anyone who loves to stand out. It’s ideal for celebrating milestones with a dash of humor and style. However, if you prefer classic elegance over pop-art flair, this might not be your pick.

How do we turn your photo into anime?

The process starts with your uploaded photo, which our algorithm initially transforms to an anime rendition. Our artists then refine the details, ensuring each poster captures the energetic style anime is known for. Interestingly, about 1 in 10 initial versions are adjusted to perfect the style consistency.

Why choose our anime bounty poster over others?

Unlike generic wanted posters, our anime version offers a fusion of personal and epic. Each design is unique to you, and we retire each theme after six months to maintain exclusivity. It's your moment in the spotlight, anime-style.
