I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Be the Stars of Your Own 1940s Speakeasy

Step into the enticing world of hidden 1940s Hollywood speakeasies, where glamour ruled the night and every couple was a star act. Imagine the allure of dimly lit backrooms and clandestine toast raised to secret serenades, brought vibrantly to life on a museum-quality canvas.

Our portraits capture that elusive moment of intimacy and elegance, providing a stunning visual where you and your partner can channel icons of the silver screen. The artful blend of shadow and light dresses your moment in the vintage glow of classic cinema—perfect for those who fancy a touch of nostalgia infused with a romantic flourish.

TL;DR: A custom portrait that transports you to 1940s Hollywood, perfect for couples who cherish the nostalgia and timeless elegance of the speakeasy era.

Which couples light up a 1940s Speakeasy scene?

Ideal for couples who revel in the mystique of classic Hollywood films, especially those fans of noir and the glam era of speakeasies. It's a hit for anniversaries or birthdays among cinephiles and vintage enthusiasts. Not suited for those unmoved by classic elegance or seeking ultra-modern themes.

How's a vintage speakeasy portrait brought to life?

Starting with your photo, we use AI to craft a speakeasy-themed face swap, followed by a seasoned artist's touch to perfect details. Our head of production, Maya, ensures each canvas meets exacting standards, although we discard about 1 in 12 projects where faces don't align ideally.

Why choose this 1940s portrait over a stock canvas?

Unlike generic stock replicates, this portrait is a one-of-a-kind artistic creation. Faces are unique to you, and we're committed to retiring themes every six months to maintain rarity. Its bespoke charm can't be matched by mass-produced alternates.
