It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step Into Classic Cinema With Your Pet

Envision the golden era of Hollywood — Art Deco sets, glamorous outfits, and the plush cushions of a 1940s sofa. This Custom 1940s Hollywood Sofa Pet & Owner Portrait lets you and your special pet be the stars of your very own classic film tableau. The warm sepia tones and elegant backdrops amplify your bond, turning your living room into a scene worthy of silver screen applause.

Perfect for vintage lovers and cinephiles alike, this portrait is as much a statement about taste as it is about love. The Hollywood theme is ideal for those captivated by the star-studded allure of cinema's early days. Bring Old Hollywood glamour into your home with every gaze — but unlike the fleeting fame of the movies, this piece is timeless.

TL;DR: This custom pet and owner portrait places you right into a 1940s Hollywood scene, perfect for vintage-loving pet owners celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or just their eternal love for classic cinema.

Who Should Choose a Hollywood-Themed Portrait?

This portrait especially suits pet owners with a flair for drama — think of Katherine Hepburn's fans or those who fill their homes with film memorabilia. If you're celebrating a milestone like an anniversary or a birthday, it's a touching nod to shared classic movie nights. However, it might not suit modern art minimalists as well, given its lush, retro feel.

How Do We Create Your Hollywood Dream?

The journey begins with a cherished photo you provide. Our AI technology subtly integrates it into an authentic 1940s scene, replacing your features without losing essence. Then, human artists step in, ensuring each shadow and highlight celebrates that era's glamour. Yet, truth be told, about 1 in 12 designs don't pass our scrutiny because minute details fall short.

How is This Portrait Unlike Any Other?

This isn't your standard canvas print. Each portrait is a bespoke creation that draws inspiration directly from Hollywood's Golden Age, and every theme is cycled every six months to keep it unique. Unlike generic prints, your face (or your pet's) will never appear on another wall.
