It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

With a palette that blends sepia tones and authentic period details, this portrait situates your family in the heart of Birmingham's storied past. It’s designed to bring a touch of nostalgia and grandeur to any space, telling a story of heritage and memory.

TL;DR: This custom 1920s Birmingham Clan Portrait is perfect for families with a love for history and dramatic style. It's a great fit for anniversaries or as a centerpiece in a vintage-themed home.

Who's Stepping Into 1920s Birmingham?

This portrait is ideal for families with a flair for the dramatic, fans of the Peaky Blinders, or anyone who appreciates vintage charm and family heritage. Honestly, if you're looking for something bright and modern, this might not be your vibe. Try our Custom 1920s Pub Bar Gangster Portrait for an edgier twist.

How Do We Bring the 1920s Back to Life?

Your photo undergoes careful AI processing to match the 1920s Birmingham aesthetic, followed by artisanal refinement for authenticity. Our head of production, Maya Chen, discards about 1 in 12 AI generations to ensure every face aligns perfectly with the vintage scene. We promise, no two are alike and each canvas promises character you can't get anywhere else.

How Is This More Than Just a Portrait?

Unlike generic vintage portraits, our 1920s Birmingham version embeds your family into a piece that is one-of-a-kind. We retire each theme after 6 months, maintaining its rarity, just like a real piece of history.
