I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Timeless Tales on Canvas: Heirloom Children's Portraits

Step back into a world where classic charm and innocence meet on a single canvas. Our Vintage Heirloom Children's Portrait brings to life your child's smile with a touch of nostalgia, set against the backdrop of timeless, warm hues reminiscent of a bygone era.

Crafted not just in design but in heart, this canvas captures the kind of magic grandparents reminisce about, yet feels uniquely yours. Perfectly suited for the discerning parent wanting to add a vintage touch to their family gallery.

TL;DR: Our Vintage Heirloom Children's Portrait perfectly captures your child's innocence in a nostalgic, custom canvas. Ideal for parents and grandparents seeking a special birthday or celebration gift.

Is a Vintage Heirloom Children's Portrait Right for Your Family Gallery?

This portrait is perfect for parents who yearn for a touch of nostalgia in their family’s history, capturing timeless childhood moments. Grandparents adore it for its classic aesthetic, fitting right in with cherished black-and-white albums. If you're seeking something ultra-modern or abstract, better explore our Soft Watercolor Children's Portrait instead.

How Do We Craft These Timeless Heirloom Portraits?

Start with your favorite photo. Our AI technology flawlessly swaps faces, but the magic happens when our artists meticulously refine each detail, ensuring every smile feels authentic. Our head of production, Maya Chen, personally oversees quality, discarding any of the 1 in 12 canvases failing our stringent standards.

What Sets This Vintage Heirloom Aside from Other Custom Portraits?

Unlike generic children's portraits, this piece infuses tangible nostalgia into your family’s story. We retire templates after just six months, guaranteeing your piece remains one-of-a-kind and never mass-produced, giving it the aura of a true heirloom.
