It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Your Family's Legacy in a Victorian Library

The Victorian library, with its stately shelves and warm wood tones, is a scene that whispers of years gone by. In this portrait, your family becomes part of that timeless tableau. Picture a canvas where gilded frames meet the personal touch of your loved ones' faces.

This isn't just any portrait — it's a journey back to an era of elegance and grace, where every book and plush velvet seat tells a story. Perfect for those who wish to intertwine their personal legacy with the grandeur of Victoriana.

TL;DR: Capture your family's essence with a custom Victorian library portrait, perfect for nostalgics and history buffs — great for birthdays, anniversaries, or Christmas.

Who Steps Into the Victorian World with Grace?

Ideal for families who adore history, literature lovers dreaming of their own classic storybook scene, and those celebrating a milestone anniversary. Not the best fit for minimalists or modern art aficionados.

Crafting Your Personal Victorian Story

Your photo undergoes an AI face-swap technology, accurately reflecting your loved ones' unique features, followed by careful artist refinement to enhance every detail. Our head of production, Maya, mentions, "We discard about one in 12 generations if the faces don't lock into the Victorian aesthetic." That's quality control at its finest.

Why This Victorian Portrait is Unparalleled

Unlike generic family photos, this portrait transforms you into part of a Victorian scene that's both unique and transient — as we retire each theme after just 6 months. It's more than just a picture; it's a piece of story-driven art.
