It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Envision Your Family in a Timeless Victorian Garden

Step into a bygone era with our Victorian Family Garden Portrait, where the elegance of a classic English garden backdrop meets your family's likeness. Picture this: lush greenery surrounds a serene fountain, and amidst this tranquility, your loved ones' faces perfectly integrated into the refined Victorian scene.

Our portraits cater to those who cherish history, aesthetics, and the allure of a simpler time. From the intricate floral details to the light-dappled footpaths, every element serves to transport your family to a period of graceful living.

TL;DR: The Victorian Family Garden Portrait turns cherished photos into a vintage scene, making it a perfect gift for families who appreciate historical elegance. Ideal for anniversaries or birthdays.

Is a Victorian Garden Portrait Right for Your Family?

This portrait suits families who adore historical details and want a piece that evokes the charm of Victorian elegance. Ideal for parents celebrating milestone anniversaries, or grandparents who treasure family connections. However, this might not be the perfect fit for those looking for a modern, minimalist aesthetic.

Creating Your Personalized Victorian Artwork

Our production process begins with your uploaded photo, which enters a meticulous AI-driven face-swap system. Our artists then refine each portrait, ensuring authenticity by hand-discarding roughly 1 in 12 attempts to maintain excellence. The result is printed on premium museum-grade canvas, capturing the intricate details of the Victorian garden scene.

Why Choose Our Victorian Garden Portrait Over Others?

Unlike ordinary canvas prints that merely display photos, our portraits invite you into an exclusive Victorian world. The face is personalized, ensuring no two portraits are alike. We retire themes every 6 months, enhancing the rarity of your piece.
