It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Crafting Victorian Beauty from Your Photo

Starting with your cherished photo, our AI technology weaves Victorian sophistication into it, followed by artist refinement to ensure her likeness echoes authentic grace. We find that about 1 in 12 images need an artistic touch to perfect the details, all ending in a museum-quality canvas she can cherish forever.

Why Choose Our Victorian Grace Portrait?

Unlike generic canvas prints, our Victorian Grace portrait is customized exclusively for you — from the brooch to the laced gloves. Once we hit six months, the theme is retired to ensure no one else shares her special moment's backdrop.
