It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Crafting Family Memories in Timeless Art

In the world of fleeting moments, capturing the essence of three generations within a single portrait is a rare treasure. This isn't just a photograph—it's a family heirloom in the making.

The soft hues and tender compositions of the 'Three Generations First Baby Portrait' blend artistry and sentimentality, creating a cherished keepsake for new parents and grandparents alike.

TL;DR: This AI-regenerated, custom baby portrait is the perfect gift for new parents and grandparents, capturing three generations in an artful embrace.

Who Will Treasure This Generational Portrait?

This portrait is a meaningful gift for new parents celebrating their firstborn, grandparents cherishing their growing family lineage, and those who value sentimentality captured in art. If you're looking for something minimalist or modern, this might not be your style.

How We Craft These Timeless Keepsakes

Our process begins with your cherished photo, which is transformed using AI to perfectly blend faces across three generations. Our artists then refine these faces meticulously to ensure they maintain their emotional essence before printing on museum-quality canvas. Interestingly, we discard about 1 in 12 attempts to guarantee the finest result.

How This Portrait Stands Out in a Sea of Photos

Unlike typical stock photo canvases, this portrait is a one-of-a-kind piece, personally crafted for your family. The theme retires after each batch to maintain its exclusivity, ensuring your family portrait remains truly unique.

What if the photo quality is low? While our AI and artists work wonders, starting with a high-quality photo is key for the best result. We recommend clear images with good lighting.
Can I swap faces after I've ordered?Unfortunately, once the portrait is in production, changes can't be made. Be sure to choose your preferred image initially.
What makes your canvas different from others? Our canvases are not only custom but also made fresh per order with a unique artistic touch, ensuring every piece is distinctly yours.
Is framing included?Frames are not included in the standard price but can be added as an additional option depending on your preference.
Can we add a family pet to the portrait?Currently, our focus is on capturing human generational essence, but we may introduce more custom options in the future.
