It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Unleash the Explorer: A T-Rex Canvas Creation

Step into a realm where adventure and whimsy collide, embodied in the powerful form of a T-Rex. Our T-Rex Explorer Dino Portrait lets your child become a fearless dino explorer, set against prehistoric landscapes bursting with vibrant colors and textures.

This piece captures the imagination of young ones, inspired by their favorite dinosaur tales. With every glance, they'll embark on journeys through time, discovering the mysterious land of dinosaurs with their own roaring partner.

TL;DR: Turn your child's photo into a thrilling T-Rex adventure. Perfect for birthdays or any occasion sparking a young one's imagination.

Is the T-Rex Explorer Portrait Right for Your Little One?

Ideal for kids who dream of roaring through prehistoric jungles, especially those enthralled by dinosaurs. Parents of youngsters aged 4-10 will find this gift perfectly captures their child's adventurous spirit. Not the best for teens who’ve outgrown the dino phase.

How We Bring the Dino Adventure to Life

After you upload a photo, our AI begins the transformation by mapping your child's face onto the T-Rex explorer theme. Our skilled artists then refine the image, adding unique textures. We find that about 1 in 12 transformations need a redo to ensure quality. The final masterpiece is printed on a museum-quality canvas, ensuring vibrant, lasting colors.

Why Choose Our Dino Portraits Over Ordinary Prints?

Unlike generic prints, each T-Rex Explorer portrait is an adventurous, one-of-a-kind creation with your child as the star. Our retired themes policy ensures that your child's dino portrait remains a unique keepsake, never mass-produced.
