It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Photos into Dreamy Watercolor Portraits

Imagine capturing the whimsical essence of your child's laughter with delicate brush strokes in soft hues. Our Soft Watercolor Children's Portrait takes your cherished photo and transforms it into a dreamy masterpiece, perfect for adorning nurseries or gifting proud grandparents.

With subtle colors and a serene atmosphere, this piece is more than a portrait—it's a capture of childhood's fleeting magic. Ideal for sentimental parents and grandparents alike.

TL;DR: Our Soft Watercolor Children's Portrait is crafted for parents and grandparents wanting a delicate keepsake that captures a child's essence. Perfect for birthdays or simply to cherish memories.

Which occasions call for a watercolor portrait?

This portrait is a great fit for parents who want to immortalize a child's early years with a touch of artistry. It's equally perfect as a heartfelt gift for grandparents cherishing those fleeting childhood moments. However, if you're looking for something with bold, vibrant colors, this soft watercolor style may not be the ideal choice.

How do these watercolor portraits come to life?

We begin with your favorite photo, which is digitally transformed into a soft watercolor by our AI technology. Then, our artists refine every detail to perfection. Each piece is printed on high-quality canvas to ensure a timeless finish. Fun fact: we reject about 1 in 15 creations due to facial alignment issues, ensuring only the best quality reaches you.

What sets this children's portrait apart?

Unlike mass-produced prints, our watercolor portraits are truly personalized. Each painting features your child’s unique likeness, ensuring no two pieces are the same. This bespoke approach offers a personal touch that generic portraits simply can’t provide—don't settle for ordinary when you can gift extraordinary.
