It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into an Enchanting Royal Garden

Picture your child in an elegant rose garden where dreams blossom in every corner. The Rose Garden Princess Portrait brings those dreams to life with vivid colors and a royal aura. Exquisite gowns, delicate petals, and a gentle breeze make this a perfect setting for anyone longing to be royalty.

From delicate tiaras to roses in bloom, every detail is a brushstroke of fantasy. Designed to flatter little ones who love fairy tales and stories of royal grandeur. It's as if a wandering minstrel could pen an ode to their beauty on the spot.

TL;DR: This Princess Portrait places your child in a dreamy rose garden, perfect for birthdays or special occasions for young royalty-at-heart.

Which kids will love the royal touch?

This portrait is a perfect fit for children who adore fairy tales and dream of being royalty. Ideal for birthday gifts, recitals, or just to light up their room with something magical. If your child isn't captivated by stories with a hint of magic, then this portrait may not hold as much appeal.

How do you create this magical portrait?

We start with a high-resolution photograph from you, and our AI performs a face swap onto our carefully designed royal garden scene. Our head of production, Maya Chen, ensures each portrait passes strict quality checks. Surprisingly, we discard about 1 in 10 face generations for not capturing the correct smile or alignment before our artists step in for final refinement.

Why is this princess portrait unique?

Whilst other prints may simply replicate generic themes, our Rose Garden Princess Portrait is custom-crafted. Your child's face makes it unique, and our themes rotate every six months to maintain exclusivity.
