I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Ride the River Dino Adventure with Your Little Explorer

Imagine your child's delight seeing themselves as a playful River Dino, splashing through prehistoric waters. Our River Dino Custom Portrait is tailored for kids who dream of dinosaurs and adventure, infusing vibrant hues of greens and blues that bring Cretaceous landscapes to life.

Each portrait is a unique journey, designed for young dino enthusiasts whose imaginations soar at the thought of prehistoric wonders. It's not just a picture; it's a personalized piece of the Jurassic world made just for them!

TL;DR: The River Dino Custom Portrait is a whimsical, personalized canvas, ideal for children who love dinosaurs. Perfect for birthdays or playful room decor.

Which Little Explorers Will Love a Dino Portrait?

This portrait is perfect for kids who are fascinated by dinosaurs and love immersive, colorful artworks. Young explorers aged 4-10, who enjoy imagining themselves in a prehistoric setting, will adore this as a birthday or holiday surprise. However, it might not be the best fit for children who prefer more modern or tech-themed gifts.

How Does a Dino Portrait Journey Begin?

We transform your photo using advanced AI to seamlessly meld faces with our River Dino setting, followed by hand refinements for perfect detail. Interestingly, about 1 in 12 digital drafts is reworked because we insist on pixel-perfect perfection. Our team, led by Maya Chen, ensures each portrait meets a high standard before being printed on premium canvas.

Why Choose a River Dino Portrait Over Others?

Unlike generic dinosaur prints, each River Dino portrait is one-of-a-kind. You'll never spot another like it, as we ensure themes are refreshed and retired frequently to keep them exclusive. Plus, our meticulous AI and artist blend ensures a personal touch that stock images lack.
