I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Commemorate That Milestone with a Wanted Poster

Transform your favorite retiree into the legendary star of their very own wanted poster. With our retirement theme, give them the spotlight as they ride off into the sunset of their career. It's a creative nod featuring a vintage palette, capturing the essence of old Western grandeur.

The ideal gift for someone whose idea of retirement includes a little playful nostalgia. It's perfect for those who cherish history or simply love a good Western film. Each portrait is uniquely customized, adding a dash of wit to their new chapter.

TL;DR: This Retirement Wanted Poster custom portrait is perfect for celebrating a retiree with a playful twist. Immortalize them as the star of a historical Western wanted poster on a premium canvas.

Who's this outlaw retirement gift for?

This portrait suits the stylish retiree who adores a bit of Western nostalgia, perhaps a grandparent who’s turned the last page of their career with flair. Not recommended for those uncomfortable with humorous portrayals or who prefer a more traditional gift.

How do we craft your wanted poster?

We start with your photo, transforming it using advanced AI to coalesce your likeness into our wanted poster theme. Our in-house artists refine the result, ensuring perfection before printing on museum-quality canvas. Fun fact: about 1 in 12 versions don’t make the cut to guarantee quality.

What makes our retirement poster stand out?

Unlike generic canvas prints, this offering features truly personal artwork. The face is uniquely yours and the poster design refreshes every six months, maintaining exclusivity for your retiree's memorable day.
