I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Whimsy with a Rainbow Fairy Portrait

Transform an ordinary photo into an extraordinary world of color and magic with our Rainbow Fairy Custom Portrait. Imagine your child’s face radiating with the charm of a fairy tale, surrounded by vibrant sunshine hues that invoke the joy of childhood dreams.

This whimsical portrait is perfect for kids who adore fairy tales and mythical worlds. With each brushstroke, we blend your photo into an enchanting masterpiece, creating a one-of-a-kind gift that's as magical as a rainbow at twilight.

TL;DR: The Rainbow Fairy Custom Portrait is for kids who love fairy tales and vibrant colors, an ideal gift for birthdays or any celebration of imagination.

Who Delights Most in the Rainbow Fairy Theme?

If you've got a child who dreams of becoming a fairy or loves playing in gardens with rainbows, this portrait will light up their room and their imagination. Parents who immerse their families in colorful stories will see this as the perfect addition to their storytelling tradition. It's probably not the best fit for those who avoid whimsical décor in favor of more traditional styles.

How Do We Craft Your Magical Fairy Portrait?

Your transformation begins with the photo upload. Our AI technology crafts the base, performing a precise face-swap that captures the magic. Our artists then refine each piece by hand to ensure it meets our high standards. Truthfully, about 1 in 12 generations don’t make the cut because the alignment isn’t perfect, so we do it again to get it right.

What Makes Our Rainbow Fairy Portrait Special?

Unlike typical digital art, each Rainbow Fairy portrait is distinctly yours — no two are identical. We retire themes after six months, preserving rarity and exclusivity, something generic print services can’t boast.
