I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Crafting the Ultimate Racing Adventure

Your uploaded photo undergoes an AI-driven face-swap, followed by artist refinement to ensure likeness. We aim for precision, but about 1 in 12 images doesn't meet our standards and is remade. Finally, the portrait is printed on museum-quality canvas for vivid color retention.

Racing Portraits That Stand Out from the Pack

Unlike generic racing posters, this artwork is crafted specifically from your child's photo, ensuring it's a truly unique piece. It’s more than just a generic print; it’s a one-of-a-kind keepsake that captures personal racing dreams. We retire designs every six months to keep offerings fresh and exclusive.
