I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

What Goes into Crafting Your Masterpiece?

Our process starts with your photo, which undergoes an AI-driven transformation to reimagine it on canvas. Our artists refine each detail, bringing out emotions captured in the image. Did you know we discard about 1 in 12 drafts if the face integration isn’t perfect? That’s our commitment to quality. Crafted on premium museum-grade canvas, ensuring lifelong durability and elegance.

Why This Canvas Stands Above Ordinary Prints

Unlike generic photo prints you’d find in a department store, our canvas art is one-of-a-kind, meant to last a lifetime. You won't find another person with the exact same portrait because even themes retire after six months, keeping your artwork truly exclusive.
