I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

TL;DR: Our Premium Portrait Custom Canvas turns your photo into rich, timeless art, perfect for anyone who treasures classic keepsakes, elegant gifts for anniversaries, or traditional decor enthusiasts.

Who appreciates the classic portrait look?

This custom portrait is ideal for those who cherish classic artistry and appreciate a tangible piece of their cherished memories. It's perfect for parents celebrating their golden anniversary or friends who love sophisticated home decor. However, if you're seeking something modern or abstract, our Superhero Woman Portrait might be more your style.

What goes into crafting these timeless pieces?

Your photo undergoes an impressive transformation process: it's enhanced using AI for face-swapping, then meticulously refined by our artists. The final image is printed on a museum-quality canvas, ready to enhance any room. Our head of production, Maya, notes that about 1 in 12 images are recrafted to ensure optimal detail and accuracy.

Why choose this portrait over a stock canvas print?

Unlike stock prints, each Premium Portrait Canvas is a unique masterpiece crafted specifically for you. Our designs retire after six months, keeping your piece exclusive and rare. This guarantees that your portrait becomes a rare conversation starter, unlike anything you can find mass-produced elsewhere.
