I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

With vibrant backgrounds, each piece radiates joy and energy, making it a delightful addition to any kid’s room or play area.

The playful yet tasteful palette ensures these portraits are fun, not gaudy. Ideal for parents who treasure those fleeting, exuberant moments. Show the world the bright spark your child truly is.

TL;DR: Our Modern Bright Children's Custom Portraits transform photos into lively canvas art, perfect for infusing a dash of joy into children's spaces. Ideal for parents who want to celebrate their child's personality.

Which kids and parents love these vibrant portraits?

This portrait suits parents wanting to capture and celebrate the joyful essence of childhood. It's perfect for kids who shine with vibrant energy and isn’t for those seeking a more subdued or traditional look. If classic vibes fit better, try our Classic Heirloom Children's Portrait.

How do we craft each bright masterpiece?

Your photo begins its journey through our advanced AI for a seamless face-swap. Our artists then refine the image, ensuring each smile and twinkle is perfectly captured. While 1 in 12 generations don’t meet our standards and are redone, the result is a vivid, one-of-a-kind masterpiece on museum-quality canvas.

What makes ours the ultimate modern kids' portrait?

Unlike generic stock prints, this portrait utilizes a distinct vibrancy that mirrors the joyful spirit of childhood. Each is a standalone piece, ensuring your child’s happiness isn’t just captured but celebrated in bold color.
