It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who Thrives in a Horror Movie Poster Portrait?

Crafting Your Horror Canvas

Upon receiving your photo, we use AI technology to integrate it into a horror poster setting. Our skilled artists then refine the details, enhancing chilling elements like shadows and fog. Approximately 1 in 12 drafts don't meet our quality standards and are redone to ensure every canvas is hauntingly perfect.

Why Choose Our Horror Portrait Over Generic Prints?

Unlike generic horror prints, each of our canvases is as distinct as the photo you provide. We rotate themes biannually to ensure rarity, and the personalized touch means your creation is one-of-a-kind — not something you'll find in anyone else's horror collection.
