I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Is the Haunted Mansion Style Right for You?

This portrait style suits those who revel in gothic elegance and Halloween aficionados wanting their home to reflect their passions all year round. It’s also a hit with individuals who enjoy supernatural themes or styling their living space with a mysterious touch. However, it might not be the best fit for those who prefer bright, cheerful decor.

How Do We Create Your Haunted Mansion Portrait?

We start by digitally transferring your uploaded photo into our system, where AI initially crafts a draft blending your image with our haunted mansion theme. Our head of production, Maya, ensures each piece meets our quality standards, with about 1 in 12 needing fine-tuning before it receives her seal of approval and moves to the canvas printing stage.

Why Choose This Haunted Mansion Over Others?

Unlike generic canvas prints, our Haunted Mansion Portrait is a distinctive one-of-a-kind piece that dares to go beyond traditional art reproductions. Each theme retires after six months to maintain its exclusivity, ensuring it remains a rare gem in your collection.
