It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Your Romance with Haunted Charm

Step into a world where romance dances with shadows, and your love story unfolds in an eerie yet elegantly haunting mansion. Rich in muted tones and chiaroscuro highlights, this portrait merges your photo seamlessly into a Gothic masterpiece. Imagine your faces rendered with ethereal touches that evoke an age-old mystery, casting every glance under candlelight magic.

The Haunted Mansion portrait brings an atmospheric scene straight out of a ghostly manor. It flatters couples who crave more than just a photo—those unafraid to embrace the supernatural allure. It's a fit for lovers of mysterious tales and Halloween aficionados alike, looking to celebrate their bond in a canvas as haunting as it is beautiful.

TL;DR: Transform your favorite couple photo into a Haunted Mansion portrait, perfect for Gothic-themed lovers or Halloween enthusiasts seeking an eerie yet elegant keepsake.

Who'll Adore a Haunted Mansion Portrait?

This portrait is a perfect fit for couples who adore the dark, mystical aesthetics of Gothic lore. It's particularly cherished by those who've celebrated their union in quirky, unconventional ways—maybe even a Halloween wedding. On the flip side, this isn't the best pick for traditionalists or those who cringe at the sight of cobwebs and ghost stories.

Crafting the Perfect Haunted Canvas

We begin with your high-quality photo, fed into our AI system for initial face-swap transformation into the Gothic scene. Our head of production, Maya, and her team then artistically refine each piece, adding authentic haunted elements. It's worth noting, we discard roughly 1 in 12 attempts, as we've learned some faces simply don't 'haunt' well.

What Sets Our Haunted Mansion Portrait Apart?

Unlike generic canvas prints, our Haunted Mansion portrait is a one-of-a-kind creation, incorporating your unique expressions into a Gothic setting retired seasonally to preserve exclusivity. This isn't just another face-off in stock photos—it's a haunted heirloom.
