It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Enigmatic Elegance Awaits in Gothic Masks

Imagine stepping into a world where shadows dance in candlelight and the whispers of centuries past echo through majestic halls. Our Gothic Masquerade Ball custom portrait captures this mystique with rich dark hues, intricate masks, and a dramatic flair that transforms any photo of two women into timeless guests at this evocative event.

This style lives in the realm of haunting beauty, perfect for those who gravitate towards the allure of the unknown. With every detail meticulously crafted, the canvas mirrors the opulence and mystery of a masked ball, making it much more than a simple photo transformation; it's an unforgettable experience.

TL;DR: Capture the allure of a Gothic Masquerade Ball with this custom canvas portrait, perfect for two women who appreciate mystery and elegance. Ideal for significant occasions like anniversaries or a memorable birthday gift.

Who Wants to Capture the Masquerade Mystique?

This portrait is perfect for couples or best friends who share a penchant for the dramatic, particularly fans of Gothic literature or costume balls. It's a hit for women celebrating milestones like anniversaries or even a themed Halloween birthday. Not recommended if you're more into modern, minimalist styles—this is all about the ornate and opulent.

How Do We Transform Photos into Gothic Art?

We start with your uploaded photo, using an AI face-swap to capture the fundamental likenesses. About 1 in 12 AI generations don’t make the cut, so our artists refine the details, ensuring each mask, shadow, and hue hits the mark. Our head of production, Maya, insists on museum-quality canvases for their stunning finish and durability.

What Sets Our Masquerade Canvas Apart?

Unlike generic canvas prints, each Gothic Masquerade portrait is uniquely yours, reflecting the nuanced shadows and opulent textures of its theme. We ensure our designs remain exclusive by retiring them after six months, keeping your portrait as unique as the faces it displays.
