It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Celebrate Your New Home with a Beloved Pet

There's something magical about stepping into a new home, and what better way to capture that feeling than with a custom Golden Retriever canvas? It's not just about walls and windows; it's about memories and warmth. Whether you're welcoming friends or simply soaking in the new atmosphere, this portrait speaks to the heart of the home.

Fur and wagging tails exude a timeless charm, making this portrait the ideal centerpiece. The calming hues of the painting ensure it fits into any decor with grace—perfect for the fresh canvas of a new abode. It's a gift that says 'welcome to a world of new possibilities.'

TL;DR: Transform your housewarming gift into art with a canvas of a Golden Retriever, the perfect memento for new homeowners who love canine companions.

Which Homeowners Are Ready for a Pup-Inspired Piece?

This portrait fits perfectly for new homeowners who are dog lovers, bringing warmth and charm into their new living space. It's an ideal gift for couples who've just moved into their dream home and want their love for dogs reflected in their decor. However, if you're looking for a higher contrast modern art piece, this might not be your style—our Family Portrait Bliss Canvas would be a better fit.

How Do We Capture Your Pup's Spirit?

We start with your uploaded photo of a Golden Retriever, which undergoes an AI transformation to ensure perfect likeness. Our artists then refine every detail, capturing the lovable character of your furry friend. Expect one in twelve generations to be retired when the likeness doesn't meet our high standards. The museum-quality canvas is then stretched over sturdy pine frames, ready to adorn your new living room.

Why Choose Our Canvas Over Standard Pet Prints?

Unlike generic pet prints, each Golden Retriever portrait is uniquely yours. After capturing your pup's personality, the theme is retired, ensuring your piece stays special. It's not just a picture; it's a personalized celebration of home and heart.
