It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Imagine your loved ones, or even your pet, haunting the decks of a ghost ship shrouded in mystery. Each brushstroke tells a story of adventure and spectral wanderings, making it an ideal gift for thrill-seekers with a penchant for the supernatural.

TL;DR: Gift a Ghost Pirate Ship portrait this Halloween, perfect for those who love tales of adventure and mystery. Capture your loved ones in this unique canvas made for fans of the supernatural.

Who embodies the ghost pirate allure?

This portrait suits thrill-seekers who dream of haunting the high seas, perfect for those who revel in Halloween’s chilling atmosphere. Imagine gifting it to your history-obsessed uncle with a penchant for pirate lore, or your adventurous friend who loves all things spooky. However, it may not resonate with those who prefer more traditional or cheerful themes.

What's crafted into a ghostly keepsake?

We start by transforming your photo with AI to place it aboard a ghostly ship. Our artists then refine the details, enhancing the eerie shadows and spectral touch before it's printed on museum-quality canvas. About 1 in 12 attempts fail at face integration—ensuring what you get is flawless.

Ghostly canvas vs. basic prints — what's the allure?

Unlike typical canvas prints, our Ghost Pirate Portrait offers a truly one-of-a-kind experience. Each piece is crafted specifically for Halloween enthusiasts and retired after it runs its course, guaranteeing a unique story captured for you alone.
