It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Set Sail on a Ghostly Pirate Adventure

Welcome to the ghostly allure of the high seas! Our Ghost Pirate Ship Custom Portrait transforms your pet into a spirited crewmate aboard a haunting pirate vessel. Whether it's a Halloween centerpiece or a year-round spook, this piece combines humor with a touch of eeriness.

The deep blues of the ocean, complemented by ethereal, glowing lanterns, set the scene. Imagine your pet with a pirate hat, perched beside a ghostly parrot—it’s whimsy and mischief on canvas. This is not for the faint-hearted pet owners, but for those who appreciate a dash of daring and a sprinkle of magic.

TL;DR: This Ghost Pirate Ship Custom Portrait is perfect for pet lovers who revel in the spooky and whimsical, especially around Halloween.

Is this spooky pirate portrait right for your pet?

This portrait is ideal for pet owners who have a profound love for Halloween and a good sense of humor about their furry friends. It's particularly a hit with those who adore the pirate genre. Conversely, if you're looking for something more traditional or formal, this may not be your match.

How do we craft these ghostly adventures?

Once we receive your pet's photo, our AI begins the face-swap process, placing your pet aboard the eerie ship. Our artists then refine the details, adding personal touches like a pirate hat or a spectral parrot. Interestingly, about 1 in 12 initial drafts are discarded to ensure your pet looks naturally ghostly and not like it had a bad day at sea.

Why is this ghostly portrait one-of-a-kind?

Unlike typical pet portraits, our Ghost Pirate Ship edition offers an exclusive narrative experience—your pet isn't just in a costume; they're a part of a story. Each theme is limited-time, enhancing its rarity and value over other generic options.
