It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Your Wedding Day Into Timeless Art

Imagine your family gathered in a lush garden setting, the sunlight filtering through blooms, immortalized on a stunning canvas. Our Garden Wedding Family Portrait captures not just the faces but the emotion of the day in a photorealistic rendition. Whether it's the delicate hues of your wedding flowers or the vibrant joy in each smile, this piece brings it all to life.

Using a face-swap technology refined by our head of production, Maya, we go beyond the generic. Each canvas is unique, crafted carefully to reflect your family's essence on one of the most significant days of your life. It's not just a portrait; it's a family heirloom in the making.

TL;DR: Capture the magic of your family's wedding day with a custom garden wedding family portrait. Perfect for newlyweds wanting a unique, timeless gift.

Is This Portrait Right For Your Family?

This garden-themed portrait is ideal for families celebrating recent weddings, particularly those who cherish floral or outdoor ceremonies. It's especially fitting for parents or grandparents who've supported the journey. Those seeking a minimalist or non-traditional theme may want to explore our Romantic Elegance Portrait instead.

How is a Garden Wedding Portrait Made?

We start with your photo, implementing our proprietary face-swap technology to blend your image seamlessly into the chosen template. While most competitors accept machine generations, we reject roughly 1 in 12 outputs until it's perfect. Our artists then refine each image, ensuring a refined, photorealistic finish, with the result printed on premium, museum-quality canvas.

What Makes Our Garden Wedding Portrait Unique?

Our portraits stand out by offering a unique, personal touch with each face-swap carefully crafted, unlike mass-produced alternatives. We retire each theme every six months, ensuring your piece remains rare and exclusive. It's not just another canvas—it's your family's iconic moment, preserved for years.
