I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Turn Memories Into Timeless Wall Art

Ever looked at a photo and wished it could be more than just a memory? Our premium canvas turns your favorite snapshots into one-of-a-kind art pieces that speak volumes. With vibrant colors and rich textures, each canvas is a new chapter of life's story.

This isn't just a canvas— it's a personal statement piece, ideal for gifting or keeping as your own. Expect nothing less than a visual masterpiece that's uniquely yours, where every detail matters.

TL;DR: A customized canvas portrait from your own photo, perfect for commemorating birthdays, anniversaries, or just adding a unique artistic flair to your space.

Who needs this custom photo art in their life?

This canvas suits anyone who relishes reliving special moments. From sentimental grandparents cherishing family photos to couples capturing the essence of their romance, it’s a win. Not ideal for those who prefer generic digital frames or slideshows.

How does this photo transformation happen?

Your photo becomes art through a meticulous process. We start with an AI face-swap, then our artists refine every detail for life-like accuracy. Our head of production, Maya, insists on discarding 1 in 12 generations if it’s not perfect. Finally, it’s printed on high-quality, museum-grade canvas.

What makes this canvas more than a print?

Unlike ordinary canvas prints, our product is a one-of-one creation where we retire the design after 6 months to maintain exclusivity. Each canvas feels personal, resonating with the subject on a deeper level.

What's the canvas material like? Our canvas is museum-grade, ensuring that it's not just durable but also retains the rich colors of your photo.
Can it handle sunlight exposure? To ensure longevity, it’s best kept out of direct sunlight, though the colors are vibrant and built to last.
