I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Turn Memories into Masterpieces with

Capture the essence of cherished memories with your very own canvas. This isn't just a print—it's a masterpiece, created to epitomize the essence of those unforgettable moments.

The muted tones and gentle brushwork lend an air of timeless elegance, making it a stunning addition to any room and a meaningful gift for special occasions.

TL;DR: Perfect for those who treasure personal moments, this custom canvas transforms your snapshots into elegant artwork, suitable for birthdays, anniversaries, or just because.

Who gets the most joy from a masterpiece?

Perfect for artistic souls or anyone seeking to immortalize a treasured memory, this canvas strikes a chord with those who appreciate thoughtful, personalized gifts. However, if you're seeking a humorous or thematic portrait, like a Pixar Pet Portrait, this might not hit the mark.

How your portrait is crafted with finesse

Our custom canvas begins with your chosen photo, expertly face-swapped via AI. Our artists then refine the result, ensuring lifelike accuracy before printing on premium-grade canvas. Our head of production, Maya, insists on discarding about 1 in 12 generations to ensure every detail is spot-on.

Why choose a canvas over standard prints?

Unlike generic prints, each canvas is a singular artwork created specifically for you. No mass-produced patterns—your individualized story told through art. This exclusivity sets our pieces apart from other options.
