It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

자주 묻는 질문

What if the photo quality is low?Try to select a photo with good lighting and clarity. While our preview tool helps, the final result depends on the initial image quality.
Can I swap faces later?Once you've approved the preview, face swaps aren't possible post-production. Make sure you're entirely happy before confirming.
Do you offer larger sizes?Available sizes are listed in the product selector. Larger custom sizes may not be available, so check current options.
Can I use a group photo? For group portraits, everyone needs to be clearly visible. Single dancer images yield the best results in this intimate style.
