It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Childhood Memories in Fine-Art Sketch

Imagine your child's smile immortalized in a delicate fine-art sketch on canvas. This isn't just about replicating a photo; it's about capturing the essence of their youthful wonder and charm through artistic strokes that blend realism with creativity.

Perfect for hanging in nurseries or living rooms, this portrait uses a soft, timeless palette reminiscent of classic children's storybooks. It's an intimate piece that resonates with families cherishing their child's fleeting early years.

TL;DR: Our Fine-Art Sketch Children's Portrait is perfect for parents, grandparents, and anyone who cherishes capturing the whimsy of childhood on a museum-grade canvas. Ideal as a holiday or birthday gift.

Who Will Cherish This Portrait in Their Home?

Perfect for parents and grandparents who want to immortalize their child's unique personality. This gift strikes home with families building a legacy of captured memories. If you're looking for something bright and playful, this might not hit the mark as it leans towards a classic, serene aesthetic.

How We Transform Photos into Fine-Art Sketches

We start by uploading your chosen photo into our system. An AI-driven face-swap provides the template, while our artists refine the sketch, capturing the subtleties that machines miss. On average, we discard about 1 in 12 portraits because the sketch fails our likeness test. Your final piece is printed on a museum-grade canvas, designed to last a lifetime.

Why Choose Our Fine-Art Sketch Over Generic Prints?

Unlike typical photo-to-canvas prints, our Fine-Art Sketch Portraits are one-of-a-kind treasures that capture a specific moment in an artistic style. Once a theme is rotated out after six months, no new sketches will be created in that exact motif, ensuring exclusivity and unique appeal that generic prints can't match.
