I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Embrace Adventure with a Dino Ranger Portrait

Step into a world where dinosaurs roam and courage thrives. Our Dino Ranger Custom Portrait puts your child at the center of a prehistoric adventure, flanked by majestic dinosaurs and thick foliage.

Designed with vivid colors and textures, this piece captures the awe of discovery and the thrill of the unknown, transforming any child's room into a portal to a bygone era.

TL;DR: Our Dino Ranger Custom Portrait is perfect for kids enthralled by dinosaurs. Personalized from your photo, this vibrant canvas sets them in prehistoric adventure, making it ideal for birthdays or Christmas.

What kind of kid makes the best Dino Ranger?

This canvas suits kids aged 4-10 whose imaginations are as wild as a Jurassic park, often staring in awe at dinosaur displays. Perfect for bedroom or playroom walls, it’s a hit at birthday parties, adding a personal touch to their love of all things ancient. Less ideal for those who shy away from bold themes and prefer subtler tones.

How we bring the Dino Ranger to life

The journey begins with you uploading a treasured photo. We use AI to swap faces with a Dino Ranger theme, followed by our artists hand-tuning details — discarding around 1 in 12 creations to ensure the perfect likeness. The result: a gallery-worthy canvas ready to awe and delight.

Why choose this Dino portrait over others?

This isn't your run-of-the-mill dinosaur print. Unlike generic posters, every Dino Ranger portrait is a handcrafted masterpiece featuring your kid's likeness. We retire themes bi-annually, ensuring each piece stays exclusive and cherished.
