I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

A Touch of Humor with Wild West Nostalgia

Dreaming of the Wild West, where sheriffs and outlaws were icons of the era? Our custom Wanted Poster transforms your photo into a vintage canvas, complete with a $5000 reward — perfect for those with a sense of humor and love for cowboy lore.

This isn't just for any cowboy fan; it's for those who appreciate the blend of history and humor. The sepia-toned canvas brings an authentic western feel, ideal for man caves or living rooms needing a unique touch.

TL;DR: A custom Wild West Wanted Poster canvas for cowboy enthusiasts, perfect as a humorous gift for dads, retirees, or any fan of Westerns.

Who can't resist a good cowboy joke?

This portrait suits dads who like a good laugh, especially those with a fondness for classic Westerns. Retirees who've always wanted to be the 'wanted man' — but not serious enough for minimalist spaces that favor sleek modern art.

How does your photo become a wanted legend?

We start with your uploaded photo, integrate it into a vintage wanted poster via AI face-swap, and finish with an artist's touch for authenticity. We cast aside nearly 1 in 12 portraits if the face doesn't sync perfectly. It's printed on museum-quality canvas ready to hang.

Why settle for a generic canvas?

Unlike your run-of-the-mill canvases, each of our wanted posters is uniquely yours. The photo is customized and the design updates every six months to stay fresh, keeping your piece exclusive and impactful.
