It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Is a Victorian Portrait Right for Her?

This themed portrait is ideal for those enamored with the sophistication of the Victorian period. However, it might not suit those looking for modern, sleek minimalism.

How Does This Victorian Masterpiece Come to Life?

Starting with your photo, we employ AI technology to harmonize your features with a Victorian style, followed by meticulous artistic enhancement. Our head of production, Maya Chen, ensures each piece meets our high standards, noting that about 1 in 12 draft images are refined to capture that perfect look of authentic regal dignity.

Why Choose This Over Any Generic Victorian Canvas?

This portrait stands apart because it’s a one-of-a-kind endeavor; the face in the portrait is uniquely yours. While stock art might lack personality, our canvas celebrates your individuality, incorporating a historically-inspired backdrop that makes every piece genuinely irreplaceable.
