I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into the Elegance of the Victorian Era

Embrace the grace of the Victorian era with your very own custom portrait. This isn't just a simple photo-to-canvas transformation; it's a step into the world of flowing gowns, delicate lace, and intricately detailed jewelry that defined an age of elegance.

Your portrait will brim with the lush details and muted colors that capture the essence of the Victorian period. It's not for everyone but for you who cherish history and sophistication, this is a piece of personal art that's as unique as a snowflake.

TL;DR: This custom Victorian woman portrait transforms personal photos into a canvas of regal elegance, ideal for women who cherish vintage aesthetics and personalized luxury.

Who Will Love a Victorian Portrait?

This portrait shines for women who adore vintage elegance and have a love for history — and serves as a perfect keepsake for anniversaries or birthdays. If someone's style is more modern and minimalist, this might not be the best fit.

Crafting Timeless Elegance

Our process begins with your submitted photo, which our advanced AI uses to overlay authentic Victorian details. Afterward, talented artists finesse the image to ensure historical accuracy and personal likeness. We discard 1 in 12 creations to ensure the quality meets our high standards. Finally, your portrait is printed on museum-grade canvas.

Why Choose This Over Generic Options?

This isn't a mass-produced canvas; your portrait is a rare piece of art, made uniquely for you and retired from our themes after six months, adding to its uniqueness.
