I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Turn Wedding Bliss into a Victorian Masterpiece

Imagine capturing the splendor of your wedding day with a Victorian twist. This custom portrait embraces the opulence of the era, featuring rich fabrics and timeless backdrops that hark back to grand estates and candlelit ballrooms.

Perfect for couples who cherish the stories and elegance of the past, this portrait isn't just a gift—it's an experience. The mood, the palette, the romance—every detail is designed to transform your photo into a masterpiece worthy of any art gallery.

TL;DR: This regal Victorian couple portrait transforms wedding photos into cherished keepsakes, ideal for anniversaries or those celebrating historical elegance.

Will This Victorian Portrait Suit You?

If you and your partner are drawn to the graceful elegance of the Victorian era, or you're marking a significant anniversary, this portrait will capture your shared love in a timeless design. However, it might not appeal to couples seeking something more modern or understated.

Crafted Like a Victorian Masterpiece

Each portrait starts with your uploaded photo, meticulously blended into a Victorian scene using our AI face-swap technology. This initial design is then refined by a real artist, ensuring every detail aligns with the opulent style. Not every attempt makes the cut; we discard about 1 in 12 generations to meet our high standards.

Why Choose Victorian Over Other Themes?

Unlike off-the-shelf canvases, our Victorian portraits are truly unique—crafted specifically for you and retired after six months to guarantee rarity. This isn't just a print; it's a custom work of art that elevates any space with historical grandeur.
