I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Which Couples Thrive in Superhero Gear?

This portrait suits couples craving a playful and vibrant way to celebrate their relationship—perfect for superhero fans dreaming of slinging gear together. It's a delightful choice for anniversaries or engagements when you want to make fantasy tangible. However, if your style leans more towards subtlety and muted tones, this might not be the canvas for you.

How Does Your Superhero Portrait Come to Life?

Starting with your uploaded photos, our AI precisely maps your faces onto the superhero design. Each creation is scrutinized, with about 1 in 12 generations discarded if the face doesn’t integrate perfectly. Skilled artists refine the piece, enhancing every lightning bolt and gear detail before printing on museum-grade canvas.

Why This Superhero Canvas Stands Out?

Unlike generic superhero images, each portrait is a one-of-a-kind scene featuring your faces in a retired design after six months. This means your superhero moment remains as original as you are, adding unique energy and personal touch that premade canvases lack.
