I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Bring Victorian whimsy to your love story

Escape into the fascinating world of brass gears and whimsical Victorian charm with your very own Custom Steampunk Couple Portrait. Set against a backdrop of intricate mechanical wonders, this portrait places you in a fantasy where the nostalgic elegance of the 19th century meets playful futuristic innovation.

Perfect for the couple who revels in imaginative storytelling and loves to accent their home with decor that's as unique as their bond. Our steampunk portraits, featuring top hats and vintage furnishings, turn your memories into artwork layered with narrative flair.

TL;DR: A whimsical steampunk portrait perfect for celebrating anniversaries or engagements, capturing couples in a retro-futuristic setting filled with gears, brass, and Victorian charm.

Is Steampunk the right theme for you and your partner?

Ideal for couples who cherish storytelling, embrace vintage-meets-modern decor, and have a penchant for the imaginative world of steampunk. It’s also a great gift for anniversaries or engagements, especially for those who love to display unique pieces of art. However, it might not be the best fit if your partner prefers minimalist modern designs over elaborate creativity.

How do we transform your photo into a steampunk muse?

Your photo begins its journey in our AI engine, where it gets a steampunk makeover with gears, brass, and vintage accents. Our head of production, Maya Chen, ensures that each face-swap receives detailed artistic refinement. We meticulously review each piece and, if necessary, discard about 1 in 12 creations that don't meet our high standards before it becomes your unforgettable museum canvas.

Why this steampunk canvas stands out from generic gifts?

Unlike typical stock canvases, our steampunk portraits are one-of-a-kind, capturing your likeness in a scene that's both historical and fantastical. The blend of past and future motifs combined with the personal touch of your own faces makes this art piece truly yours. We retire each steampunk theme after six months to ensure its rarity and value.
