I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture the poetic beauty of the Scottish highlands in your love story. Our custom romantic canvas immortalizes your special bond with Scottish charm, rich in earthy tones and delicate accents.

Designed for those who appreciate the elegance of tradition and the allure of a sophisticated look, this portrait features you in exquisite attire with a smile that echoes timeless romance.

TL;DR: Perfect for couples seeking a romantic touch, this custom Scottish canvas transforms your photo into a museum-quality portrait, ideal for anniversaries and engagements.

Which couples are enchanted by Scottish romance?

If you're a couple who finds magic in the misty Scottish landscape, this portrait is your match. Ideal for those celebrating milestones like anniversaries or engagements. Not suited for minimalists who shy away from the intricate and traditional.

How does your photo transform into Scottish elegance?

Your photo undergoes an AI transformation, swapping faces into our Scottish theme, followed by detailed refinement by artists, ensuring every nuance of expression is captured. Interestingly, nearly 1 in 12 creations don't make it past our quality checks because facial integration isn’t spot-on.

Why choose this Scottish portrait over a generic print?

Unlike generic canvas prints, this is a one-of-a-kind creation. The romantic Scottish theme, complete with traditional outfits and majestic backdrops, makes this portrait a unique piece that celebrates your love with a classic twist.
