It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Infuse Your Love with Highland Romance

Embrace the rich, romantic ambiance of the Scottish Highlands with our custom couple portrait. Each canvas is a love letter told through classic tartans, sun-dappled heather fields, and quaint whisky bottles. Imagine sharing a glance amidst the gentle mist—this artwork features the timeless essence of a Highland love story.

Set in a palette of soft greens, earthy browns, and gentle blues, these portraits flatter every couple who finds beauty in heritage and history. Perfect for those fueled by a shared wanderlust and a deep love of nature.

TL;DR: Our Custom Scottish Couple Portrait is perfect for couples with an affinity for Scottish culture, capturing your love with romantic Highland elements. Ideal for anniversaries or engagement gifts.

Is a Scottish Portrait the Right Fit for Your Love Story?

This portrait is perfect for couples reveling in everything Scottish—whether it's the landscapes, history, or even the whisky. It’s especially favored by couples who’ve had a Highland wedding or those with Scottish roots. However, if your dream is a minimalist portrait free of cultural details, this might not be the canvas for you.

Creating Your Picture-Perfect Scottish Romance

We start with your favorite couple photo, enhancing it through AI-assisted face-swapping to place you into a Scottish-themed setting. Our artists refine every detail, ensuring authenticity before the piece is composed onto a museum-grade canvas. Around 1 out of 12 attempts don't make it past quality checks, keeping our standards high.

What Sets This Scottish Portrait Apart?

This portrait isn't just a print—it's a personal Scottish artifact. Unlike mass-produced canvases, each piece is a bespoke creation, featuring authentic elements like plaid patterns and highland vistas, locked in after just six months to maintain exclusivity.
