I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Imagination into Space Art

Let your little one's dreams take flight with a Sci-Fi portrait that captures the cosmos' endless possibilities. Featuring a dreamy space backdrop, a galaxy jacket, and futuristic details like a smartphone—a nod to both tech and imagination—this canvas turns the ordinary into otherworldly.

Mimicking the vastness of space with a palette that includes deep blues and radiant silvers, it flatters any young star-gazer or aspiring astronaut. Perfect for adding wonder to a bedroom or play area, this portrait sparks creativity and joy.

TL;DR: This custom sci-fi portrait turns any child into a whimsical space hero with a dreamy galaxy backdrop, perfect for birthdays or keepsakes.

Which young dreamers will love this?

This portrait suits young adventurers fascinated by astronauts, planets, and futuristic tales. It's a hit with kids who prefer imaginative exploration over traditional toys. Parents should avoid this if their child isn't interested in sci-fi or space themes.

How do we turn photos into space epics?

Upload your child's photo to start. We use an AI face-swap to blend their features seamlessly into the scene, followed by artist retouching to ensure a lifelike result. About 1 in every 10 initial attempts is refined for that perfect expression. Finally, we print it on premium museum canvas.

Why choose this over typical kids' decor?

Unlike generic children's art, this is a personalized keepsake. We retire each theme every six months to maintain exclusivity, ensuring your portrait stays special. A custom piece that's truly one-of-a-kind.

자주 묻는 질문

What if the photo quality is low? We'll advise against using photos that are blurry or pixelated, as they won't translate well. Crisp and clear images are best.
Can I swap faces later? No, once the face is integrated, it cannot be altered without starting a new order.
Is the background customizable? The space-themed background is part of the artwork and encourages continuity, so it cannot be changed.
Are these portraits for all ages?Primarily for kids, these canvases capture the magic of childhood. For adult sci-fi themes, see our other products.
Do the colors fade over time?Printed with fade-resistant inks, they are designed to last and maintain vibrancy for years.
