I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Eternal Love in a Samurai Tale

Step into a realm where romance meets the mystique of the samurai. Our portrait sets the scene with traditional kimono elegance, softly glowing lanterns, and blossoms cascading gently, creating a heartfelt narrative.

Ideal for capturing that once-in-a-lifetime love, this canvas melds the grace of Japanese tradition with personalized artistry. Relive your most cherished memories in an intimate tableau, deftly portrayed with cinematic flair.

TL;DR: A custom samurai couple portrait for those celebrating their enduring love, perfect for anniversaries or simply elevating your shared space with a unique cultural touch.

Which couples should don the samurai robes?

Perfect for couples who cherish the bond of tradition and romance. It's ideal for those celebrating anniversaries or commemorating engagements with a touch of cultural elegance. This isn't for couples who prefer modern minimalism or understated decor.

How do we craft each samurai love story?

Your journey from photo to canvas begins with a simple upload. Our AI expertly reimagines your faces into a samurai realm, followed by artistic refinement from our skilled team. Occasionally, about 1 in 12 designs are retouched for perfect facial harmony, ensuring your piece is flawless.

Why choose this romance over a regular canvas?

Unlike generic stock prints, this portrait is a one-of-a-kind creation that integrates your photo into an artistic composition with genuine historical references. Our themes refresh bi-annually, keeping your samurai love story a rare treasure.
