It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Your Elegance in an Ice Castle Fantasy

Picture yourself as the regal queen of an enchanting ice kingdom. Our Whimsical Ice Castle Canvas isn't just a portrait; it's a passage into a realm where the air sparkles and your royal majesty takes center stage. With a glowing crown perched majestically and a shimmering gown that mirrors the icy splendor, this piece sets you in a delicate balance of fantasy and elegance.

Ideal for women with a penchant for fairy tales and those with a whimsical spirit, this canvas celebrates individuality and elegance with every brushstroke. The canvas' cool blues and delicate whites create an ethereal ambiance, wrapping you in the elegance usually reserved for storybook royalty.

TL;DR: Transform your photo into a royal fantasy with our Whimsical Ice Castle Canvas, perfect for women enchanted by fairy tales and elegance.

Is an Ice Castle Portrait Really For Her?

This portrait suits imaginative women captivated by fairy tales and regal fantasies. It's perfect for those celebrating milestones like birthdays or life achievements with a touch of magic and grandeur. However, it might not resonate with those leaning towards minimalist decor or who prefer naturalistic themes. Skip this if ice queens and whimsical castles aren't your style.

Crafting Your Frosty Royal Masterpiece

We begin with your uploaded photo, which is passed through sophisticated AI to set your likeness in a fantastical frozen world. Our artists then painstakingly refine the details, ensuring a personalized touch that machine learning alone can't achieve. We've noticed around 1 in 12 creations are discarded because the expression doesn't sync perfectly with the theme's regal vibe, ensuring only flawless portraits go to print.

How's This Icy Canvas Different?

Unlike common canvas prints found online, our Whimsical Ice Castle Canvas is uniquely yours. Each backdrop is retired every six months, keeping your portrait fresh and rare in the realm of royal fantasies. The customized details mean you won't find a generic equivalent that catches the whimsical allure of personalized regality.
