I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

TL;DR: A custom royal woman portrait in a lush garden setting, perfect for those appreciating regal elegance. Ideal for personal spaces or as an extraordinary gift despite not fitting everyone.

Who Will Love This Royal Garden Portrait?

This portrait suits women who revel in timeless elegance and wish to see themselves as regal figures in a garden setting. It's perfect for those with an affinity for classical beauty and grandeur. Those looking for a minimalist aesthetic might not find it aligning with their taste.

How We Craft Your Regal Garden Masterpiece

Our process starts by transforming your photo through a sophisticated AI face-swap, refined by an artist for authenticity. We prioritize precision, discarding one in 12 attempts to ensure quality before printing on museum-grade canvas. Maya Chen, our head of production, ensures every piece meets our standards.

Why Choose This Over Regular Prints?

Unlike common stock prints, each portrait is a singular blend of personal likeness with an exclusive theme that keeps its rarity by being retired. It captures not just an image, but an experience that's deeply personal and instantly distinguished by its artistic depth and detail.
